Do children pay the same fare as adults do?
According to the rules of China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), children above 12 years old are charged as adults. If accompanied by parents or adults, children under 12 years old are charged much less for land services, breakfast and domestic airfare.
For infants less than 2 years, we only charge airfares, which is 10% of the adult's fare without having a seat. If there are any surcharges required, like admission fee, during the tour, they need to be paid on the spot.
