As the Guilin Office of Tourism Department of Guangxi Youth Union, we were established on Dec. 30th, 1979.
 

We with head office in Guilin were registered with Guangxi Industrial & Commercial Administration to be China Youth Travel Service Guangxi Branch in Nov. 1984.
 

In 1992, according to the National Tourism Administration’s paper of [1992]142, we became a First category Travel Service (operating domestic tours, inbound tours and outbound tours) and changed our name into China Youth Travel Service Guangxi.
 

In early 1997, we with the Head Company of China Travel Service and other 4 companies established China CYTS Tours Holding Co., Ltd., and our company stocks were listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange on Dec. 3rd, 1997.
 

In 1999, we changed our name into China CYTS tours Co., Ltd. Guangxi and became a full subsidiary of China CYTS Tours Holding Co., Ltd.
 

We bought 3rd floor of Dongfang Building, Qixing Road, Guilin as our new office, which covers an area of 2200 square meters.
 

In 2007, the total tourists we received reached 100,000.
 

On Mar. 28, 2008 the new branch company of Nanning Branch was established in order to catch up with the new development of the Beibu Gulf area.
 

On Sept. 30th 2008, company net assets reached 19.97 million RMB.
