Arrive in Beijing. Met at airport by your local guide and transferred to the well-located 4 star Beijing Tiantan Hotel. Rest of day is at leisure.

Day 2 Beijing
In the morning visit the Tiananmen Square -the largest urban square of the world and the Forbidden City, which used to be the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing Dynasties and now a grand palace museum. After lunch visit the symbolic Temple of Heaven built in 1420 where ancient Chinese emperors pried for harvest and future.

Day 3 Beijing
In the morning visit the Great Wall in Mutianyu, one of the greatest human projects and defensive systems in history. After lunch drive to the Ming Tombs –Changling. Evening enjoy Beijing Roast Duck for Dinner.

Day 4 Beijing-Xi'an
In the morning fly to the ancient Chinese capital of political & cultural center - Xi'an. Arrive in Xi'an, met by your local guide at airport and transferred to the well located 4 star TianYu Gloria Plaza Hotel. Afternoon visit the best-preserved City Wall (South Gate).

Day 5 Xi'an
Today is a full day tour to the east of city—world famous grand Museum of Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses that is listed as World Cultural Heritage and reputed as the 8th wonder of the world and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Enjoy a Tang Dynasty Cultural show after dinner.

Day 6 Xi'an- Yangtze Cruise
In the morning visit the Shaanxi History Museum. Afternoon fly to Yichang to embark on your unforgettable cruise along the Yangtze River aboard the deluxe President No 1. Cruise past Gezhouba Dam at Yichang.

Day 7 Yangtze Cruise
Enter the eastern section of Xiling Gorge. Moor at Yanjiawan for a shore visit to the Three Gorges Dam construction site, one of mankind's greatest engineering feats. Resume sailing through Xiling Gorge, which, stretching 75 km, is the longest of the gorges and known for its swift current and dangerous shoals. Pass through the four enormous ship locks at the new dam.

Day 8 Yangtze Cruise
Dependent on water levels, visit the Daning River through its magnificent Lesser and Mini Three Gorges or take an exciting ride by small craft along the swift waters of the Shennong Stream, one of the many tributaries in this fertile area. Here the imposing mountains, dramatic precipices and crystal clear waters create a magical, secret world. Back on board, we cruise through the second gorge, Wu Xia, 44km long with its peaks rising to dizzy heights above the river. Later we pass through the shortest and narrowest gorge, Qutang Xia (8km). Mists frequently swirl around the mysterious limestone peaks in Qutang Xia, some nearly 1200 meters high, while the river rushes by, swift as an arrow.

Day 9 Yangtze Cruise
A shore visit to the quaint wooden temple of Shibaozhai. Alternatively the ship calls at Wanzhou or Fengdu. In days gone by, Fengdu was believed to be the abode of devils and the 700 temples on Mingshan Hill with their bizarre statuary bear testimony to the city’s notoriety as the 'City of Ghosts'.

Day 10 Chongqing-Shanghai
Disembark at the mountain city of Chongqing where we visit the old town, a relic from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Tour the Three Gorges Museum and City Hall before flying to Shanghai. Met at airport of Shanghai and transferred to the riverside 4 star Ocean Hotel.

Day 11 Shanghai
In the morning your guide will join you for a visit to the Bund area where the commercial center was built in 1920’s and where modern Shanghai's economy develops, then to the most popular shopping place in Shanghai - Nanjing Road. In the afternoon visit the Yu Garden - one of the best Suzhou style gardens in southern China, and then visit the grand Shanghai Museum where there are more than 120,000 priceless pieces of works of art.
