Xi'an 3 Days 2 Nights

With an urban population of 4 million, Xi'an is located between rivers and mountains in the center of the fertile Guanzhong Plain in Shaanxi Province. As the most important cradle of Chinese civilization, Xi'an marked the start of the famous "Silk Road" that linked China with central Asia and the Roman Empire. And it served as the first capital of a unified China and capital of 11 dynasties periodically from the 11th century B.C. to the early 10th century A.D., among which the Han Dynasty and Tang Dynasty were the most influential and prosperous ones. Xi'an, or Chang'an as it was called in ancient times, is known as the city of "Everlasting Peace." Due to the local efforts and government policies now Xi’an has become one of the most important industrial and cultural cities in China. Of course it is also a lovely city for foreign tourists to visit its grand historical sites, museums and experience the Chinese culture.

Arrive in Xi'an and met by your local guide, then transferred to the 4 star well-located TianYu Gloria Plaza Hotel. This evening you are taken to the most prosperous area of town to experience the atmosphere of the shopping center and local famous eating street (if your flight is early enough).

Today is a full day tour to the east of city- World famous grand Museum of Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses with more than 2000 years history and reputed as the 8th wonder of the world. In the afternoon visit the best-preserved City Wall (South Gate). Enjoy an optional Tang Dynasty Cultural show (Please ask your guide to arrange if you are interested and it is payable locally) after dinner.
